who has access to the information and who you can contact if you have any questions or objections regarding the information collected.
 

Charlotte Rønneberg Rådgivning follows GDPR legislation.

 

Charlotte Rønneberg  is data responsible and collects information about you in three ways:

 

  • When using cookies

  • By submitting information yourself in connection with filling out our forms

  • By being referred by a job center, doctor or employer to a stressful course

 

What are cookies?

The first time you visit my website, you will automatically receive one or more cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in your web browser (eg Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari or similar) and which registers you as a unique user. Cookies make it easier to use the Internet because you do not have to start all over again. In other words, the website may use a cookie to remember information about your preferences. It is e.g. a cookie that means that you do not have to log in to a site, such as charlotteronneberg.com or ronneberg.dk, every time you visit.

 

What cookies do I use?

  1. I use cookies that help Charlotte Rønneberg Rådgivning to understand how visitors interact with my website by collecting and reporting information anonymously.

  2. I use cookies to track visitors across websites. The intention is to show ads that are relevant and engaging to the individual user, and thus more valuable to publishers and third-party advertisers.  

 

What do I use cookies for?

Here I can collect information about how long you visit the website, which sections and how many articles you read, whether your computer has visited us before, which browser and operating system you use, IP numbers, which ads you see, etc.

 

How long do I keep cookies?

The cookies sent to you will be stored on your equipment for a varied number of months from the last time you visited charlotteronneberg.com. Each time you revisit the Website, the period is extended. The cookies in question are automatically deleted after their expiration.

 

Processing of your personal data in connection with a purchase

In connection with your purchase of a product from Charlotte Rønneberg, you enter a number of personal information.

  • Your payment information

 

I process this personal information in connection with the processing of your purchase, as it is necessary for me to fulfill my part of the transaction. To comply with the Accounting Act, I keep documents with parts of your data for 5 years. They are then deleted.

 

Information about your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will be provided to my CRM system at Wix.com for the purpose of delivering the product you have purchased.

 

Processing of your personal information in connection with you being referred by your doctor or a possible job center  

 

In connection with you being referred from a possible job center, doctor or employer to a course at Charlotte Rønneberg, I will be informed of some of your personal information.

I treat this personal information confidentially and correctly. And to be able to comply with the Accounting Act.

In connection with you starting the process with me, you will in the first interview be informed about what personal information we process and store about you. You must also sign a written consent statement in which you allow us to process your personal data.

When the process is completed, all the personal data I have about you will be deleted, except for the data I have to keep in order to comply with the Accounting Act. To comply with the Accounting Act, I keep documents with parts of your personal data for 5 years. They are then deleted.

 

I use secure and encrypted email when I correspond with any job center, doctor, employer etc, and only send data via mail servers located within the EU.

 

 

Processing of your personal information in connection with you signing up for my newsletter and subscription 

If you have ticked the box "Yes, I give consent to receive newsletters and offers", I will process your e-mail address and the information about your possible purchases with me until it is no longer relevant. That is, in practice, until you make me aware that you no longer wish to receive emails from me.

Every time you open a newsletter and / or click on a link in a newsletter, this activity will be registered in my email system at Wix.com

 

When you sign up for my newsletter, you also agree that I use your email address in my Facebook advertising. This means that from time to time, if you are a member of Facebook, you will see ads from me on Facebook. If you unsubscribe from my newsletter, you will also be removed from the list on Facebook.

You can always withdraw your consent. This means that you can at any time, easily, unsubscribe from receiving my newsletter. You can do this either by using the link at the bottom of my e-mails, or by contacting me at charlotte@ronneberg.dk and stating that you no longer wish to receive my newsletters and offers.

 

Data security

Whether I process your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling a contract or on the basis of your consent, I will always process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable law, including the Personal Data Ordinance and the Data Protection Act.

 

Your information will only be used for the purpose for which it was collected and will be deleted when that purpose is fulfilled or no longer relevant.

I use the following third parties to process your data:

Wix.com to process your payment information in connection with a purchase

Wix.com for handling your purchases and sending emails

Wix.com for sending emails

Wix.com in connection with subscribing to my newsletter

Facebook live in a secret group for holding presentations and webinars

 

I have entered into data processor agreements with these data processors, which is my guarantee that they comply with applicable rules on the protection of your personal data.

I also use Google and Facebook.  

 

Disclosure, objection, amendment, data portability and deletion

You can always contact me to find out which of your personal information I hold.

If there are errors in my information, you can always ask for it to be corrected so that I have the correct ones, just as you have the right to have the information provided in a regular format. If you would like a change or extradition, you are also very welcome to write to me at the above e-mail address.

 

If you no longer want me to process your personal data or to restrict the processing of your personal data, you can also send me a request to this effect to the above e-mail address. Please include in your request relevant documentation that you are who you claim to be. Ie. copy of passport, health insurance or driving license.

 

Your information (except your email address if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving newsletters and relevant offers) will be deleted 24 months after you receive your product. I store billing information about you for 5 years if you have made a purchase with me, according to the Accounting Act.

If you wish to withdraw your consent to the processing of your e-mail address (so that I no longer send you my newsletter and relevant offers), this can be done at any time by clicking on the 'unsubscribe' link in the individual news e-mail.
