Presentation on sleep and relaxation for those who have difficulty sleeping.

Do you know that you are tired after a long day ... 

You have laid your head heavily on the pillow, laid down really well in bed. 

After some time you start to turn and turn, you just can not find peace. 

You resent  thousands of thoughts running around in your head.

You become more and more frustrated and you may feel directly powerless ..

Many people who experience pressure, stress, pain, illness or who go through trauma etc - they often suffer from major sleep problems. 

It could also be that you do not know why, you can not sleep.

But don't worry - there is help to be found ...

Here at Charlotte Rønneberg Rådgivning, where I have had a lot of clients in the course of sleep over the years, they have all come to a completely normal and restful sleep in just 4 months

- you read that right, it's the amount of time it takes to get your sleep in place, 

but it does not take so much help or so many conversations .

Sleep is important to us so we can recover and relax mentally and rest. We simply cannot function without sleep.

In this presentation you will get some good advice to get a better sleep pattern and become more relaxed around your sleep. 

The presentation deals with:

  • Why sleep is important
  • How you can work with your sleep yourself
  • Various relaxation, breathing exercises etc.
  • Good tips and advice

  • Date: 22 February at 18.30 - 19.10 - you must log in 10 minutes before. 
  • Information: You will receive a link by email at a later date.
  • Location: Online via the Zoom app (it can be downloaded in the app store for free - You will receive a more detailed message and link via email.
