A hike can reduce stress, but also has a beneficial effect on insomnia, depression, anxiety or if you feel pressured for a period of time.
It has also proven to be extremely effective and good for thoughts, worries and musings.
Not only is hiking a healthy workout for the whole body, but new research also shows that it helps reduce stress significantly.
In addition, you do not have to go out into the big world to hike at all, because there are plenty of opportunities right here in dear DK.
We will walk around the large Østrup Forest throughout the day.
We must walk, enjoy, sense, and do various exercises that promote calm in body and mind.
We then end with a meditation, to come home to itself again and have peace in your system.

Practical:
Meeting place: We meet at Støvringgaard Kloster, there is a possibility for parking.
Start: We meet at 11.00
End: We end at approx. 14.00
Materials: You must also have something soft to sit on a sleeping surface, etc. Put on clothes after heat and wind.
Catering: You get something to drink and a piece of fruit.
Price: It costs DKK 250 and must be paid the day before the start of the event.
If you sign up and you do not come, then there is no refund.
