Anxiety and its unpleasant symptoms

How do you get rid of your anxiety?


Your anxiety is being treated through conversations combined with some exercises.

You learn to detect your negative thought pattern and get tools on how to replace your negative thoughts in an anxious situation.

Specifically, it helps you with:

  1. To understand and acknowledge your anxiety so that you become better at being able to handle and accommodate it.

  2. To process the thoughts, feelings, and actions that are associated with your anxiety.

  3. Finding the things you want more of in your life.

  4. To change your behavior so that you gradually learn to dare to expose yourself more and more to what makes you anxious.

This way, you can learn to break with the inappropriate patterns and bring more calm, profit and joy into your life.

The most important thing is that you are ready to process your anxiety and are motivated to move on with your life - without anxiety.

We always start with a short introductory talk, to see if the chemistry is okay and that you are comfortable with me.

 

Only then do we agree on the further course you choose yourself, whether we should agree on a new time from time to time.

No matter where you are, counseling is a good forward-looking tool for acknowledging your situation and accepting it - only then is it possible to be able to work further, and use the situation positively as a change process to create improvement in your life.

Anxiety counseling is a series of sessions between you and me, where we examine the cause of your anxiety and find out how you can get out of it again and back to an everyday life where you function well both privately and professionally.

 

I recommend at least five conversations.

Anxiety usually takes a long time to build up, and it often takes a long time before it subsides.

 

At the first interview, we create an overview of your situation. In the subsequent conversations, we go down to more specific areas that you need to talk about in relation to your anxiety.

 

In the conversations, we talk about anxiety symptoms and what situations you experience it in, but we also go back and look at the overview of your life.

PRICE FOR 1 TO 1 ADVICE:  

 

550 NOK FOR APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR AND 15 MIN.

 

THE FIRST TIME DOES COST 750 DKK, AS AN INDIVIDUAL PLAN MUST BE MADE.

IN THE EVENT OF A LONG-TERM COURSE, A FIXED AMOUNT IS AGREED, AS ALL COURSES ARE INDIVIDUAL.

​

Some anxiety sufferers have a hard time getting out, so of course I also offer advice on SKYPE, MASSENGER etc.
